I understand that SPSS system software products are licensed and copyrighted. I will not copy the software or allow others access to the software for the purpose of copying it, except to install it on a registered computer as authorized by the CIRCA SPSS Support Group. I will not make the software available to anyone other than University of Florida employees or registered students. I will not modify, reverse-engineer, or decompile all or any part of any SPSS software product.

I understand that this software is for use by UF employees and registered students on computers as described in the CIRCA handout, Registering SPSS for Microcomputer. I will notify the CIRCA SPSS Support Group immediately when I am no longer a UF employee or the computer on which the SPSS software resides no longer qualifies for the license. At that time, I will return all copies of the software to the CIRCA SPSS Support Group and remove the software from the machine.

I understand that the UF SPSS system software license expires November of the following year, and that the copies hereby licensed must either be renewed or destroyed at that time.

I will not violate the license or copyright for this software and will report any violations to the CIRCA SPSS Support Group immediately.
