Office of Academic Technology:
The Office of Academic Technology (AT) provides resources, technical assistance,
and equipment to assist the University of Florida faculty, staff and students.
The three general divisions of AT include support for media services, instructional
technology and teaching/learning.
Gatorlink Home Page:
GatorLink is a set of computer services available to nearly everyone at the
University of Florida. Certain UF affiliated groups, including the University
Athletic Association, the UF Foundation, and Shands personnel can get a GatorLink
ID with a short username@ufl.edu email address which provides email forwarding
only.
Software Licensing Services:
Branch of the university that negotiates licenses for departments of the University
of Florida. It administers, distributes, and tracks all software for the university.
UF Bridges:
UF Bridges is a multi-year project to replace the university’s current computer
systems--called “legacy” systems--with new web-based, integrated systems (myUFL)
that provide real-time information and improve university business processes.
This is known as an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution.
